East Washington Middle School believes that middle level students have unique intellectual, social, and emotional needs. We will provide diverse educational opportunities for our students through a thematic curriculum, extra curricular activities, and enrichment programs.

We will encourage respect for self and others and ensure a safe learning  environment. Our focus is to guide students toward continuous learning, positive life goals, and productive citizenship in a rapidly changing society.  (PBA 1997-98)
