East Washington School Corporation

East Washington School Corporation will be hosting an on-site immunization clinic for middle and high school students on Wednesday, December 9, 2020.  If your student is behind on immunizations, this is a great time to bring them up to date. Insurance, including Medicaid, can/will be billed.  If your student does not have insurance, the vaccination will be administered at no cost.  The immunization clinic will be postponed if East Washington has been moved to transitional (at home) learning on the date of the clinic.  You must register if you plan for your student to participate.
